Fresh Growth Solutions
In 2008 Tim launched Fresh Growth Solutions, working as an advisor, coach and mentor, consultant, offering his 30 years of experience to a number of businesses in the food and wider market. Working initially with a number of clients in Food and other sectors ranging from SME’s, food start ups, turnarounds and some new sectors. Offering a range of services from Commercial/Marketing/Strategic consultancy, Coaching/Mentoring, lecturing, training , and more general business advice. Following the initial success Tim was encouraged to move to a broader role as a Business advisor/Non Exec/coach/consultant in the wider East Midlands market.
In 2012 Tim joined the government funded Growth Accelerator program (Business Growth Service), as a Growth Manager and has worked with over 500 SME’s in the E. Midlands delivering growth strategies and development plans in a vast range of businesses, in all sectors of the economy. On average these Clients have grown at four to six times (4-6 X) other SME’s has developed a strong reputation in the business support community, financial intermediaries, LEP’s and local government. During the last 10 years, Tim has become an established non-executive director and senior advisor to a large number of businesses, whilst delivering constant growth & change and personally coaching dozens of business leaders and middle managers in the East Midlands.
