Over 20 years David grew Butt Foods to be making over 50 million products, has offered 18 years of experience as a Non Executive Director, and also chaired a number of SME companies and public sector organisations.
In 2016, David founded 3w Growth Ltd; which focuses on developing managers and leadership teams of SME's to unlock their business potential. As a Level 5 ILM qualified coach, David is an expert in business growth.
Helen is Director and Leadership Coach at 3w Growth and also works part-time as a Leadership Development Consultant at Nottingham Trent University. Helen has over 17 years experience in senior L&D positions, including being the Coaching, Learning & Development Manager at Nottingham Building Society.
Helen supported the doubling of the business over 5 years to 750 staff by leading cultural initiatives during acquisitions and creating a coaching culture across the Society and designing Management Development & Performance review Programs.
